For over 30 years our team has been designing and producing beautiful event stationery to perfectly complement your style and theme.
The first step is to reserve your private consultation at our Downtown Miami studio. For weddings, we have "Bubbles & Bridesmaids" workshops - bring your Mom, BFF, fiance, bridesmaids, or you entire entourage! We'll open some bubbly to get the creative juices flowing and have a lot of fun!
We'll ask you to do a little homework in preparation for our consultation - think carefully about the number of invitations you'll need, taking into consideration families and couples. Bring along your wedding planner manual, photos, swatches - everything you've seen that you love! Also, discuss your budget - our one-on-one consultations are for custom designed invitation suites, generally starting at $15 per invitation. However, if you'd like to select from our beautiful pre-designed invitations, we have a huge range available on our website, starting at just $99 per 100. Remember to include all the additional stationery items you'll need in your budget calculations.
We'll spend two hours getting to understand your personal style. First, we'll establish what items you'll need for your stationery...
Engagement Announcements, Save the Date cards, Shower Invitations, Rehearsal Dinner Invitations & Menus, Invitations and the additional enclosures you'll need such as RSVP cards & envelopes, Reception details cards and perhaps accommodation information for interstate & overseas guests. We'll discuss how you'll address the number of guests to be invited, how to create the perfect verbiage according to your family circumstances and all the other important processes to ensure your guests are well informed about the event. We'll advise you on dress codes and wedding stationery etiquette.
We'll discuss all the printed items you'll need for the day of the event: Programs, Menus, Place Name Cards, Seating Plans, Guest Book, Order of Events, Favor Packaging & all kinds of accessories to make your day perfectly beautiful.
After the event you should also be prepared with Thank You cards to send to your guests.
Our consultations are always complimentary and obligation free - you're not obliged to make an on-the-spot decision.
If however, we make magic and you place your order then we'll follow up with a list of information we need from you to progress with the design stage of the process. We'll email you a numbered list for all the details such as names, dates, times, venue details, guest lists etc.
At the consultation we will have a strong idea of your design style and we'll begin creating a beautiful layout for your stationery suite. Once you receive the proofs you can request as many revisions as necessary - your wedding stationery has to be absolutely perfect!
For all custom designed work, we'll make you a sample set for your approval before we print the entire job.
When ordering from our online range, we can provide proofs, but not a sample set.
The timeline all depends on how long it takes for you to give us your information and respond to our proofs - if you already have the information prepared then we can usually complete your job within 2 - 3 weeks.
Save the Date Cards should be mailed 6 - 8 months prior to your wedding.
Invitations should be mailed 6 - 8 weeks prior to the wedding.
Thank You cards - it's always courteous to thank your guests within 3 weeks of receiving their gifts.
